We all know that a very basic and well known rule of physics. That is energy can neither be created nor be destroy. Since there is of course a starting point of energy which is most probably the energy released by the big bang, so there must be a end of that energy as well where there is no energy left. When this happens may be in a unfathomable amout of time, everything then would be dark, cold and non existent.
Energy changes it's characters in ways that it seems impossible to understand it. Like how the purest form of energy in the big bang changes it's state to form atom and then later different types classified by us like heat, light and motion (kinetic, potential, etc.). Energy is surely the source of everything in the universe.
"Thinking about all of this makes you question your existence. How universe works and exist is something mysterious and broad. There are infinite possibilities looking at the scale of the universe."
Everything that we experience in life, our perception, our connection with the universe we live in, is through a single organ, our brain. Where our connect with the world and the universe is done. We can call this connect as consciousness. The term consciousness is a very widely used term is spiritual and religious texts having different definitions with similar meaning. But to put it in the easiest way is calling it a connect with the universe and a possible form of energy called you (I).
